Hello friends.

Once in a generation New Moon
If you’re in the United States, this occurs on Wednesday June 25th at 6:31 AM EST.
Tuesday, June 24th is Amavasya Tithi, or the day of the dark moon. Traditionally observed with rest, meditation, and prayer — this applies to the new moon day as well.
If you’ve been looking for an external sign to say “yes, it’s okay to slow down and rest”, you’ve found it.
Yet there’s much more to this new moon.
Any new moon is the sun and moon conjunct, but this time, the Sun, Moon, and Jupiter are conjunct at the exact degree. That hasn’t happened in 20 years, and on the heels of the Solstice, this is something you’ll want to tap in with.
I’d suggest visiting this video on youtube for a comprehensive breakdown (after you read this letter of course!)
Apocalypse Poetry: Who Am I?
I started a spoken word poetry series on my YouTube called Apocalypse Poetry.
A new poem is released every Monday at 6 PM EST.
Tonight, the poem is “Who Am I?”
I invite you to examine who you are in this poetic meditation.
When it comes to breaking undesirable cycles, people often relapse because they still, to a degree, identify with the old role they played — even if it was painful.
The ego can only go where it feels familiar.
The antidote is knowing who you actually are.

Summer Solstice Recap ☀️
There is a magickal (hermetic) teaching for the Summer Solstice:
Whatever you do on this day will emanate throughout the next year, until the next Summer Solstice.
Even if you had to do something you don’t like, the important thing here is the energy you bring with you into whatever it is you show up for.
I was paying attention to this, and had an absolutely incredible day. One of the best I’ve had in a LONG time.
In the spirit of keeping this short, I’ll share an insight instead of doing a recap:
In knowing this teaching to be true through personal experience, I was very intentional and conscious of my actions, thoughts and emotions.
I held myself to a higher standard than I normally do, because I knew that whatever I did would continue.
Then I thought to myself:
“What if I lived like this every day?”
