Will we still share joy and stories of resilience in times of war?
Yes - because people were already struggling with reasons to stay here, reasons to live.
They will now even more.
Think of your darkest times in life.
Did you need someone, anyone, anything, to prevent you from going even further into the abyss?
Yes.
You wouldn’t be alive today had you not.
Even if you can’t see it, you had someone, or something, prevent you from ceasing to exist in your darkest hour.
Perhaps now, as hard as it is to not be consumed by the darkness sweeping the digital gulags, collective consciousness, and many parts of the world, perhaps now it is not only most necessary, but your turn to do so.
Your turn to be the reason someone finds theirs — if only for one more moment.
I’ve had something save my life in a moment. That moment has since turned into several years and counting.
Don’t underestimate your power. Use it, or it will use you.
And if it is not your time to share joy, if it is not your time to share stories of resilience, if it is not your time to run counter to the darkness — that’s okay.
Find someone to talk to.
If not a person, talk to the Creator, the Supreme REALity, God.
Even if you don’t believe.
Just start talking and see what happens when you listen.
You have nothing to lose, and more to gain than you can comprehend.
Your soul incarnated here, at this exact time, for a reason.
If you are to ask “why me” — ask not from a defeated stance, but a curious one.
Why you? That’s an excellent question.
If you don’t already know, you’re likely to find out… if you sincerely ask, and sincerely listen.
"For the Celts are the race God made mad, all our wars are merry, yet our songs are sad." To paraphrase.
To sing, dance and recite poetry in the midst of hell is our nature.
We fight to the death and sing about it while doing so.
That's a wonderful suggestion, in these times there are so many desperately lonely people and even a few brief words can change that for someone.
You have a big heart Tesstamona.
