I empathize, the air quality here in Denver right now is absolutely brutal. IDK wtf is in the air but its hazy like wildfire smoke but doesn't smell like smoke and it's 100 degrees 😆 we do what we can! Ventilating our homes though (granted the air outside isn't sus) should always be something we do IMHO
